Booking Policy

Booking and deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an appointment.
• The deposit shown at checkout is applied to the final balance.
• If checkout is not completed, the appointment time is released after 15 minutes.
• The remaining balance is due on the appointment date.

Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows

• Provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Changes or no-shows inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit and may incur a charge equal to 50% of the remaining balance.
• A new deposit is required to book again unless Studio Kypris confirms otherwise.
• No-shows are treated as late cancellations. Repeated late changes may require full prepayment.

Saved payment method

When you expressly authorize card-on-file use, Stripe securely retains the payment method. Studio Kypris may use it for a fee permitted by the policy accepted with your booking. Studio Kypris does not store your complete card number or security code.

Late arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving later may result in a $20 late fee, shortened service without a price adjustment, or cancellation when the procedure cannot be safely completed. A resulting cancellation may be treated as a late cancellation.

Health and preparation

Disclose relevant health conditions, medication, skincare and recent procedures. If missing information or inadequate preparation makes treatment unsafe on arrival, Studio Kypris may cancel or reschedule and charge 50% of the service total.

Touch-ups

Complimentary touch-ups are arranged directly with Studio Kypris and are subject to eligibility, timing and rescheduling limits. The 48-hour cancellation rule applies unless the studio confirms a different written arrangement.
